How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive the order confirmation email and sms once you place the order containing the tracking number, using which you will be able to track the order status. Please make sure you leave the correct contact details and email for us to reach out to you. If you fail to receive the order confirmation notification please write to us on service@helmetcamp.com
We ship products via the most efficient carrier for your specific order (FedEx, UPS, or USPS). Shipping rates vary by location and are calculated at checkout. we CAN NOT provide logistics service for customers located in APO/FPO, PO BOX addresses now. Orders for in-stock/available products will usually ship within 48-72 hours of receipt of the order. Orders for made-to-order products will be shipped according to readiness. We provide estimated delivery times on our product pages for items that are made-to-order. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number from us so you know when to expect your item(s). While we do our absolute best to make sure you receive your order on schedule, there are occasionally delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
